Bottle 650ml. Black witk small, brown head, very short. Aroma is intense with chocolate and liqueur notes, very nice. Taste is great with chocolate, cacao notes. Itís like liqueur or cherry with chocolate. Beer is very smooth, sweet, full body but quite light in feeling.

From a bottle poured in a snifter. Aroma has all the SíMore-ness thatís advertised. Itís chocolatey, smokey, roasty, sweet. itís good smelling beer. Looks like a dark muddy mess. Taste is chocolatey and sweet and a bit of char. Not a lot of the graham cracker coming through. Medium bodied. lingering semi-sweet cacao nib finish. Good beer but not outstanding.

Bottle courtesy of cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Nose - tobacco, soya and nuts. Tapenade even. Sweet dark chocolate at the back. Taste - getting loads of toffee , nuts, nougat and something resembling the marshmallows. Bit of an alcohol burn too. Palate - full bodied and rich. Fairly balanced apart from the massive booze note. Overall - lovely.

Black pour with a thin espresso head. Smells like a marshmallow and graham cracker. Full bodied. Bitter roast on the finish. After you swallow the smore flavor really comes together. Lots of chocolate and marshmallow. No lace present. Really nice beer. Not overly sweet.

ARH (1124) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 29, 2017
Itís pours thick and black with very light wisps of rich caramel brown head. The aroma is smokey with a biscuit note, but relatively muted and gives way quickly to chocolate and lactose on the nose that strengthen. Itís a nice balance between robust sweetness cut by mild bitterness and smoke. The aftertaste is waxy and smokey and clings to the palate for a long time
