3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle with Sean Tommy. Pours a cloudy amber with thick beige head and terrific lace. Nose of pine, grapefruit, caramel, toffee. Clearly not fresh. Medium mouthfeel with moderately bitter finish. Some pine flavor but mostly a malt bomb. Probably a great beer fresh.
Draft at Tivoli Brewing Tap House. Yellow to orange with a very slight haze and a sticky beige head. Aroma of zesty hops, tropical fruit, flowers, light toasted grain and light citrus. Similar flavor, fresh, hoppy, fruity and floral with moderate hop bitterness and a mild malt sweetness. Medium to full body. Pretty smooth for a 10% DIPA. Nicely done, these guys know their hops. onceblind (10611) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 22, 2016
Clear rich deep golden under a thin white foamy cap. Rich bright piney nose with grapefruit zest and earthy resins. Smooth citrus pithy flavor with piney resins and medium dank bitterness. Lasting orange pith bitterness and strong boozy pale malt. ccex (1366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 25, 2016
Bomber pours a cloudy dark orange color with medium off-white head but very little lacing. Aroma is full of tropical fruit, especially pineapple, with some dankness. Taste is not very bitter, with plenty of caramel sweetness coming through in the middle. Alcohol is well hidden. Body is medium to full with an oily texture and light carbonation. This IIPA stands out from the crowd with its pineapple fruitiness. Another winner from Pipeworks. Ahuth (665) - Illinois, USA - OCT 25, 2016
Bottled. Pours cloudy Amber. The smell is hops. The palate is full body and sticky. The taste is huge hop taste. Orange zest blueberry. Big fruit hops. Aweso,e beer. ChiGuy68 (616) - Illinois, USA - OCT 19, 2016
Tasted from a bomber. It poured a hazy orange hue with a medium bubbly white head. Dank pineapple hop aroma and taste. Aggressive 10% brew, but the alcohol does not overpower the hops and caramel malt. A powerfully tasty beer, but the Ninjas still hold the advantage in my opinion (N vs. U that is). But any way you sway, I’ll still pick up any new Pipeworks IPA!

Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold. This beer is also best served cold. So there.
Pours a cloudy light brownies hue with a white foamy head. A pungent fruity / floral aroma, and a smooth slightly sour taste. djd07 (15547) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 16, 2015
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong dank, pine, grapefruit. Medium mouth, strong grapefruit, bitter hop bite, pine, really good. SudsMcDuff (8497) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JAN 29, 2015

Bottle share by alexsdad06. Poured a clear dark copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with very good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted earthy and fruit aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where surpassed. alexsdad06 (10821) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JAN 7, 2015
22 oz bottle courtesy of Josh shared with the group. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head
The aroma and flavor have dank hops, sticky citrus, orange, grapefruit, a splash of resin, some floral character, caramel, toasted malts, alcohol makes an appearance. I think the sweetness dominates the hop character a bit, but still good. Good, but not as good as I had hoped.
