Bottle. Poured a purple color with no head. Blueberries, nuts, some honey, and just too dam drinkable for a mead.

Bottle courtesy of Linus. Viscous deep purple pour. Very rich sweet berry, chocolate and nut butter nose. Insanely rich taste where cashew nuts come forward with the berries. On the sweet side but there is a suiting balancing tartness. Floral honey is there and leaves a mark but also leaves room for berries & nuts. Definitely on my radar from now on. Hand bottled with care and consumed at once. No signs of spoilage. Thanks for sharing Linus!

Bottle, deep dark jammy purple colour. Intense sweet blueberries, earthy tones of cashew, chocolate, orange sweetness. Thick chewy mouthfeel. The absolute best thing i have ever tried. Perfect

Bottle at Night of the Great thirst 2017 - Lovell -Maine . Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours dark purple, smell is full, sweet, honey. Full, complex. wood and blackberries. taste is ful, creamy, sweet, crisp, almost ’malty’ in a way due to the MF and complexity. Very intense. One of the best meads I came across.

Big ass bottle shared at RBSG. The mead is a thick purple. The aroma has nuts, chocolate, and berry jam. Big peanut butter notes. Sweet and fruity, but loads of nut character. Thick mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a deep purple color. Huge sugary legs. The aroma is massive berries, honey and some wood. Sugary, huge honey, clear blueberries, very slick viscous palate. Drinkable as all hell. Lovely.

This was a bottle share at the RBSG Grand Tasting in Boise, Idaho. In my tasting glass really dark purple color with no head but bubbles coming up like champagne. The nose is really intense blueberry and believe it or not cashews. Full body and a very syrupy mouthfeel. The flavor is almost overwhelming with the same flavor as promised in the aroma. This just flows down you mouth like lava down the side of volcano. Remarkable. Raised mead to a whole new level.

Magnum at RBSG 17 Grand Tasting. Had sampled this once before, so anxious to tick it for good. As great as I remembered, really full aroma of blueberries and cashews. Taste too is spot on, like you were eating fresh blueberries. This mead’s got it going on!

Magnum at RBSG. Give me some pancakes and this would make an awesome beverage to pour over them. Very sweet and syrup like, but so so good. Blueberry takes over the aroma, but you can definitely get the hazelnut in the flavor.
