Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014. Pours copper-gold with a frothy cap. Nice lightly toasted bready malt aroma. Light to medium sweet flavour with more fetching bready character, hints of berries, low bitterness, nips of caramel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Leaves an impression of fresh, tasty bread. Wonderful. Travlr (26246) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 31, 2014

Slightly bready. Super crisp, slightly dry on the finish. A beer that’s much better than the sum of its parts. Nice. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 4, 2014

>> Pours a clear amber red with incredible beige foam. Massive retention. Nose is fresh cherries, perfume, bright fruit. Taste is very good- clean and hoppy with nice citrus balance atop toffee malt. One of the more impressive beers at Pisgah given the difficulty of this style.
