Fiche technique : Style: Witbier Format: 500 ml Taux d’alcool : 4,75%

Cloudy straw color with a powerful waves of activity. Creamy and frothy white 2 finger head, lasting around 10 to 15 minutes, with some good legs. Aromas of fresh flowers and lemon. Flavors of zesty lemon and citrus, sweet grains, slight coriander, and floral spices. Nice pleasant sharpness with a salivating sweetness. Slick light to mdedium body with a perfect amount of carbonation. Light finish of medium length, ending with a fresh citrus feel and a roasted malt coat. Overall extremely well made witbier with well balanced and delicious flavors, also having a great refreshing feel. Even more amazing on tap.

It is an interesting beer. The appareance is a classical yellow troubled with a thin foam. The carbonation is low for such kind of beer and a bit watery but there is a nice taste with the coriander and citrus and generous wheat. I drank this beer at home and thanks Bruno for this nice present.

A beautiful summer beer. The nose features spice, banana and a touch of sweet malt. Refreshing and well balanced, citrus fruit mix well with nutmeg and coriander, some banana, wheat and sweet malt. significant, fine effervescence adds to the light touch on this Blanche.
