Bouteille 750 ml. Couleur jaune, mousse blanche.

Belle chaleur d’alcool. Termine bien la semaine.

bottle with qc crew - thanks guys! pours hazy pale yellow with a reviving white head, leaving nice lacing. pink peppermint, eucalyptus, pepper, ginger, spruce, lean wheaty and spicy maltiness, touch of honey, bitter herbs. lively carbonation, light body - just a tad watery; semi-dry sprucey-spicy-ginger finish. low-fi sorachi since it’s been brewed few months ago, but it definitely adds a funked up twist. nice collab. tasty and unique offering.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2015 Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of eucalyptus and camphor. Ultra fresh, it even opens up your bronchioles. Taste is of something I would have called juniper, I’m starting to think that this is a sahti. Herbal. Body is light to medium , carbonation medium to high and mouthfeel a little creamy and fresh. This could have easily passed as a sahti, a nice americanized one even! I’d drink that again!

Bottle (750 ml). Shared by Minderbinder, thanks! Split 6-ways.

Appearance: Clear bright golden with a small persistent white head and some lacing.

Aroma: Eucalyptus, ginger, citrusy notes and floral presence.

Taste: Eucalyptus and ginger upfront with a nice grainy presence, citrus and floral notes.

Palate: Medium body. Medium to lively carbonation. Minty and ginger finish.

Overall: The Saison character is a bit hidden by the eucalyptus and ginger in the aroma, but is nicely revealed in the taste. Nice grains features. Balance isn’t bad at all considering the components. Tasty, easy drinking and enjoyable.

Bottle shared with Dany, Rudy, Eric, and my wife at Be Bap in Montreal. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Musk and dusty citrus on the nose, very faint ginger. Medium bodied, soft ginger, musky yeast and light funk. Very easy drinking.
