COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Gluepot (783) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 29, 2018
big fluffy light head. Body is near black. The nose is very roasty with chocolate and earthy hop notes. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malt, cream and earthy hops are all there, in a nice balance. Hints of spice and cinnamon add depth. Body is dense and creamy. A slightly slick mouth feel

Nitro pour at Pit Caribou, Montreal. Deep, silky brown appearance. Full, creamy-looking head. Attractive beer. Nose is mellow, slightly muted – some modestly earthy toasted malt. A touch of chocolate-dipped espresso. Drinks very well. Creamy, full mouthfeel. Easy-drinking. Dark chocolate. Light peppery accents. Toast. Elegant. Very nicely executed stuff.

Black pour with a single finger espresso head. Aroma of sugar and a hint of oxidation right off the bat. Medium bodied. Sugary with some chocolate note and a little roast. Almost has a rum-like character to it. Rum raisin or something like that. Lots going on. Lace present. Astringent.

ardeo (637) - Flémalle, BELGIUM - DEC 4, 2017
Bottle 50cc.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, nr Gent, Belgium, consumed at Lighthouse Keepers Cottages, Lynton, Devon Friday 1st December 2017 shared with Baz Pours dark brown with a slim light beige head. The aroma has a very slight chemical tinge, surprising really as it is a very good beer, very nice indeed. Soft, a little creamy, milk chocolate, smooth, really easy drinking, it's great. Jabic (745) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - NOV 10, 2017
Nitro draught at Montreal pub. At: cocoa powder, a littler toasted base malt; some creamy coffee. Ap: brown and opaque; everlasting mocha head. T: dark chocolate and toasted malt; slight pineapple; medium sweetness; coffee and ash notes; bitterness is very low, no real hop flavor; lingering coffee and cocoa on the finish. P: medium-full body with low carbonation; rich and smooth, creamy nitro mouthfeel; medium finish. A rich and delicious porter; great use of nitro to enhance the lusciousness; big on the dark chocolate.

@ BXLfest 2017.
