COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fermentation mixte.

750ml bottle @ Alex's. Pours a very hazy golden colour with a small white head. Nose is funky with a light pinot noir barrels. Flavour has a nice amount of wild yeast with a light funk and finishes lightly bitter and citrus. Quite nice.

Bottle - Nice Lemony funk. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Lemon, yeasty fruity funk and a nice fun finish. Decent.

750ml bottle (thx, Francis A.!) shared at Alex's. Bottled 2017-04-14. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is funky, flowery, with barrel notes. Similar taste. This one is quite similar to some HF beers, again. Nice.

Hazy blond color. Mild funky aroma, dry mouthfeel, lightly lemony, hints of manure, very simple.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy copper golden with a medium white head Aroma reveals all sorts of wild critters, light pinot noir barrels, and moderate funk. Flavour is quite wild, with lots of funky wild yeast, followed by a touch of vinous character, and light funk. Lovely wild yeast characterizes this ultimately. Excellent beer.

Hazy pale. Only a little bit of head. quite floral and corianderish on the nose, maybe some white pepper sort of character. Light, a nice biscuity pale malt character. Fruity esters from the yeast. Again, has a fair bit of spice. The quality of the malts, and the mellow balance really helps this one to stand out.

Chapeau Pit.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy bright yellow color ale with a white foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of Brett notes are dominant with subtle cereals and rhubarb notes also distinguishable. Taste is also dominated by funky Brett notes with fruity ester and some subtle rhubarb notes with some oak and vinous notes also apparent. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable but Brett notes have taken over the flavours profile which doesn’t leave much room for other flavours.

many bottles. pours very light golden with a creamy eggshell white head offering some retention and lacing. fruity funky berries, soft integrated wood, light astringency for wine barrels, light acidity from rhubarb, mineral and dry rosé grapes/wine, intricate wheat with subtle peppercorn varietals, very nice floral notes as opposed to perfumey. bright to moderate carbonation, light body, pleasantly tart spicy-peppery-citrusy finish. softly winey and cidery - delicate/intricate flora making way for a subtle fruit (petiole) to integrate and complexify this concoction. much enjoyed!
