Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, metal, and over ripe fruits - crazy. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel, alcohol, metal, over ripe fruits, vitamins, leading to a dry metallic finish. Fairly flat orangey looking pale beer. Distinctly sweet and fruity start gives way to malt and a slighty bitter finish with noticeable alcohol. 3.5

A nine or ten year old bottle from the deepest cellar recesses! Almost clear gold - amber, no head. Smooth palate, no carbonation to speak of. Smooth sweetish malts, light dried fruits. Fine cognac, light though. Trace of sherry. Smooth finish. Has aged very well. Very sippable.
10% is a stock ale well blow me down with a grasshopper ... light ruby colour ... rich sweetness with sour raisins and a unusual hint of fermented cheese in the aroma ... sweet ... malty ... again sour raisins showing through in flavour .. long fruity linger. omhper (25958) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 21, 2003
Bottled. Hazy dark orange. Aroma of toffee, melon and plum brandy. Very sweet, soft rounded mouthfeel, but from there on sticky syrup takes over, and it leaves a cloying feeling in my throat. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy amber with a yellowish head. Aroma of caramel and typical hopeless skewed British hops. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, yeast, fruit and phenols. Warming alcohol in the finish. 141109

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber beer with a decent off-white head. Sweet, malty, alcoholic nose. Very sweet, malty flavours with a strong alcohol which is too much for this beer’s body. 250705
