COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An honest and true lager, rich with moral itegrity. Clean, crisp and to the point, this lager is sure to satisfy. A portion of flaked corn was added to this brew, which lends a unique flavor to the finish, traditional to an American Lager.

(Draft at Brewpub). Aroma is fragrant malt, bready and semi-sweet. Pale golden body, white head. Flavor is grass, slightly sweet, herbal, and yeasty. Slightly bitter finish. Corn is not evident, thankfully, despite the commercial description. Overall, very nice pale lager.
