Semi dark lager. Nut brown colour. Judging from both appearance and flavour it might be a mix of Crna Kraljica and Zlatni Medvjed. Anyhow it is a tasty dark lager, with some chocolate flavour and bitter finish. TBone (17696) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2004
Draught at Zagrebtderoeck (9978) - Gent, BELGIUM - SEP 22, 2010
Hazy ruby, offwhite medium-sized head. Light aroma, malts. Sweet malty backbone with strong saaz-hoppied palate. Hoppy aftertaste too.
31/08/2010 - 30cl from tap @ Medvedgrad Adzijina Cuso (8722) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUN 6, 2014
Note: this beer is a mixture of Zlatni Medvjed (+-70%) and Crna Kraljica (+-30%) and is mixed from trap in the glass. This means that the beer is never exactly the same.
A slightly clouded amber coloured beer with off-white rocky head, disappears quickly. A very prounounced yeast aroma with hints of caramel and hops. Mouthfeeling is round, full body. Taste is malty, a little hoppy, some caramel and spices like cumin. Aftertaste is fresh malty, not sweet. Some acidity.
Tap at brewpub. Dark amber colored with medium white head. Caramel, malt in aroma. Caramel malt, herbs, medicinal notes in taste. ogivlado (7856) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 21, 2002
Sampled draught at Pivnica Medvedgrad, Zagreb, Croatia.
quite good beer...

on tap upstairs at the brewpub, waiting for the storm to subside as some guy sang songs out the window. reddish brown with a chun ky head; aroma hints of red berry and grass; tinny bitterness, light stonefruits, dull texture. seemed like a polotmavy to me luttonm (6483) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Draft at the Božidara Adžije location. Golden brown haze, white head. Honey, robust sweet. Touch too clean. Could use some more complexity and depth, but I like the approach and wish there were more of this style around here. Very nice. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 26, 2007
Considering the style, Scores ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the most intense

Comments: An excessively sweet dark lager with a fruit focused exaggerated sweetness. Weaker than the sum of its parts I find and a bit overly fizzy.
Light brown color, slight chocolatey sour nose. Not very balanced, slightly chocolate and cherry notes, but not very good. Gurthnar (5904) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUN 6, 2014
Tap at the Brewpub. Aroma is mostly hoppy, citrusy and grassy. Mostly clear orange colour. Taste is again mostly hoppy. Pleasant moderate bitterness complemented by light fruity flavours. I like it. Easily drinkable, refreshing, really good.
