Aroma is German pilsner yeast and grainy malts. The flavor is pale lager and a slightly tart/sweet finish.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2017 Pilsner as good as it gets from a bottle in Chicago, USA. Pours a nice lasting white head. Has enough good hoppy bitterness to balance well rounded maltiness. On the edge of haziness, but it's unfiltered and unpasturized, so that's not really a minus. Can't wait to visit the Medvedgrad pub on Ulica Tckalciceva in December!

surething_ii (676) - Šenkvice, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - AUG 30, 2017
Bottle from the Istria trip. Hazy gold with big white head. Aroma is malty with some yeast. Tastes like a liquid bread but has some dry finish what I really don't appreciate for the style. Not bad though.

rusos (782) - Stupava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - AUG 28, 2017

Clear gold. Lagery aroma, sweet. Taste similar. Pale lager malts dominate. Pretty macro. Biting, but metallic bitter finish. Lager with some character, but not good in any particular way.
