Contract brewed by Witnica for a Benedictine products company out of Krakow, I believe. Lagerish yellow with frothy head, pretty fresh (April 11, 2011), smells of grain and hay. Lightly sweet flavor, with a spicy hop note. Finishes sweet, like bready sugar, or sugary bread. OK. Palate good; maintains carbonation well. fonefan (52417) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 26, 2010

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of caramel and grain. Taste is light bitter with soft carbonation.
Bottle, 5.5%. Weak caramelly aroma, hint of rough hoppiness. Clear grey yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour has a little butter and a hint of caramel. This is one Polish beer that would gain from a bit more alcohol.
