Can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow body with a minimal wispy white head. The nose is very citrusy, especially heavy on lemon zest, with some moderate hops and a slightly funky twang. The flavor isn’t as acetic and sour as I was expecting, it’s actually quite bright and refreshing with a nice zip on the finish. It’s got some nice juicy and fruity hops over a tart and crisp base. I was prepared to not like this all that much, as I was expecting something biting and acetic, but it’s really quite nice. Lots of lemon zest brightness. Light bodied with fine fizzy carbonation and a lingering finish. Pretty nice Sour.

Draft at brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Nice tart and grass notes on the nose and tongue. Finished clean and dry. Nice! b3shine (9419) - Indiana, USA - NOV 14, 2017
Draft to tulip at Monk's Cafe. Looks good for the style; a cloudy lemon with foamy white head. Smells tart, hoppy, and mildly wheaty with a nice lemon and orange presence. Tastes like it smells with a pleasantly refreshing medium light-bodied mouthfeel. Tasty and sessionable. djd07 (16533) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 2, 2016

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a thin white ring. Semi thick body with some lacing. Tart, sour aroma. Very smooth with a crisp tart taste that disappears quickly and doesn’t linger. Ok but not that great. Nickls (2652) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - AUG 5, 2016
Tap. Hazy, almost milky bright light gold, thin white head. Sweet lemon, vanilla, melon meat, and slight dry dust in the aroma. Slightly sour, but very restrained and dry, lemon verbena, sweet cantaloupe, not overly acidic. Lighter to medium body, soft and silky with good carbonation. agl108 (1307) - Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2016
On draft at Caliente. Poured pale gold with few splotches of white lace. Tart lemon and citrus notes. Thin. Tangy finish. FROTHINGSLOSH (8449) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2016
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a very cloudy bright yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart citrus, cactus and pineapple. The flavor was tart and bitter, dryer than I expected and had notes of yeast, lemon and cactus. Long finish. Medium body. Ok. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 19, 2016
Pours golden yellow with a one finger white head with good lacing. Aroma is of sour fruits, citrus, tropical fruits, grass, funkiness, vinegar and some wet hay. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a creamy, dry, pretty sour, long, lingering finish. Overall, an outstanding sour ale that is my favorite Pizza Boy beer so far.
