Wow, this is delicious. On tap and growler from the brewery. Pours light golden yellow with a nice white head. Aroma of pure citrusy and sweet hops punches you in the face in a wondeful way. The flavor brings citrus with some super smooth bittersweet hop flavors that please the palate so well. blipp (9899) - La Mesa, California, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Juicy citric hops, medium bitterness, low sweetness, and light pale malts. Juicy zesty citrus in the finish. Pretty dope. Bediddleby (13) - - SEP 19, 2013
Draft at Al's / Pizza Boy. Good, fresh hop flavor for a low gravity IPA. Well done!

A - Pours pale yellow with a fizzy one finger tall white head, dissipating down to a light film, leaving spotty trails of lace down the glass.
S - Smells of fresh grapefruit pulp and zest, fresh cut grass, tiny bit of pine and some clean malty sweetness. This one packs a ton of fresh fruit but it doesn’t overpower the rest of the aromas.
T - Taste is quite similar to the nose. Starts off with a nice mix of fresh grapefruit and the grassy / piney hops. A hint of light malt sweetness adds a bit of balance toward the end of each sip but this one is all about the fruit. Finish is bitter, leaving the palate dried long after the finish.
M - Medium-Light body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, easy drinking feel make this IPA super easy to consume. I had no trouble downing multiple glasses of this at the party.
O - While I like both of these IPA’s, I think there is a very good reason this beer won the contest and also kicked first, it is just easier to drink. The grapefruit is strong, just like it should be, and the light body / low ABV combo make it super easy to drink. Excellent work Terry and ffej’s!
Poured from a 2L growler into a tulip. Pours hazy golden/amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and floral hops, grapefruit, and a nice pale and caramel maltiness. Flavor the same with a good blend of everything. Average texture. A good IPA.

On tap at Al’s of Hampden. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of stinky, sweaty hops, grassy hops, grapefruit, crackery malt. Flavor of grassy hops, sweaty hops, crackery malt, a touch of minerally notes, with lots of grapefruit and bitterness in the finish. Excellent super hoppy beer!

1 Qt Growler. Hazy gold pour with lacy white head. Pungent hops, light sweaty notes, grapefruit zest, dank. Taste is only lightly bitter but with an intense hop flavor, very hoppy, wet and dank, grapefruit. Med-full bodied with low carbonation. Good american IPA. Fresh growler from trade. Thanks! Pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is divine. All big citrus hops and sweet grapefruit. Flavor is a nice prickly bitter up front and sweet grapefruit hops on the way down. Very little malt backbone on this one, which is not surprising given the 4.6% ABV. That keeps from any huge flavor punch but a nice taste profile for something so light. Plenty of bitter lingering in what is left of your Palate. Very light and sessionable, prickly carbonation. Man does this smell good. Crisp summer beer for sure. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 8, 2013
Light hazed golden yellow body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Intense grapefruit, backed by some citrus and just a hint of piney hops. The body is a bit too light for the flavor profile, moderate carbonation, assertive bitterness.
