Growler courtesy of Brian at Max’s for Jen’s going away tasting. Pours a just clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Nice bretty funk, a bit of sour acid, a bit of tartness. Sweet up front with some bretty funk, then picks up the fleshy apple notes. Dries out nicely but retains a touch of apple. Very interesting. Rather like this. Tap at pizza boy. Bright, glowing golden. Weaker foam. Nose is spicy saison yeast, flowers, pollen, Asian melons. Taste is tart, spicy jackfruit and chili powder, Asian melon like durian and mango. Bright, mild acid on palate. Present hoppiness. Saison yeast restrained. One of the most interesting beers I’ve had in awhile. Quite awesome. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Growler. Pours golden orange with a white head. Lightly sweet apple fruity notes, light funky woody notes, medium tartness, and a low to medium acidity. Really good.

This one poured gold in color with a whitehead. Aroma was mild funk rotting green apples and light yeast. Free for was very intriguing light Funke green apples and some yeast, overall a very inviting sour saison. JulienHuxley (5807) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2013
From growler. Clear gold pour with thin white head. Aroma of sweet and sour apple, like a mix of red and green, wild yeast, quite funky, not just a fruity sour. Taste is tart, fruity, lots of apple flavor, wild yeast funkiness, a little cheesy. Palate is light and dry. Good, but not super easy drinking. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - JUL 12, 2013
Growler pourd a light golden yellow aromas of gren apples, light pepper, and champagne. Flabors are the same nice beer over all, lightly carbonated.
