Tap at pizza boy. Bright, glowing golden. Weaker foam. Nose is spicy saison yeast, flowers, pollen, Asian melons. Taste is tart, spicy jackfruit and chili powder, Asian melon like durian and mango. Bright, mild acid on palate. Present hoppiness. Saison yeast restrained. One of the most interesting beers I’ve had in awhile. Quite awesome. jbeatty (1248) - New York, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Growler, thanks to FooFaa, 06/01/2013. Golden amber pour, medium fluffy white head dies down after a minute or so to a thin haze on the surface, thin soapy lacing. Aroma of candied apples, pie-like, pear, and melon, yeasty esters, honeysuckle and mild pale malts. Taste is tart, ,fruity melon and mango, pineapple, some spices. Light palate, bright and crisp, somewhat addictive. Juicy, very tasty. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 5, 2013
Pours a bit hazy deep yellow with almost no head, a bit of a white ring. Aroma brings light sweet malts and some saison yeast, and a bit of apple tang. Flavor is sweet but more tangy apple notes that eclipse the saison yeast flavors. It is almost a tangy apple juice. jbdpsu82 (95) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 30, 2013
Pours a golden amber with a finger of white head that disappears. Hoppy and fruity aroma, slight funk. Nice dry mouthfeel. Tastes like a sour apple jolly rancher with some bite. Delicious! j12601 (12000) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Growler courtesy of Brian at Max’s for Jen’s going away tasting. Pours a just clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Nice bretty funk, a bit of sour acid, a bit of tartness. Sweet up front with some bretty funk, then picks up the fleshy apple notes. Dries out nicely but retains a touch of apple. Very interesting. Rather like this.

Growler. Pours golden orange with a white head. Lightly sweet apple fruity notes, light funky woody notes, medium tartness, and a low to medium acidity. Really good. emacgee (4676) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Soft cider yellow with two fingers of crackling white head. Awesome nose, a myriad of tart and tropical notes blend with a soft funk and appley notes with a touch of pine apple. Nice sessionable tartness at the front of the mouth with pineapple and funk following. Awesome. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 20, 2013
Pours a hazy honey color with a thin white head. Aroma is fresh and grassy with light appley notes. Flavor is very fresh and hoppy...grassy/leafy with light apple and very mild tartness...not exactly sour but it tastes great. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a slightly tart grassy/faint apple finish. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 15, 2014
Pour is apple juice colored with a fluffy, bubbly white head. Nose has some dusty Brett, lemon and green apple skin. A hint of lactic creaminess. Taste is not quite as bright but very clean. Lots of green apple skin, tart, hints of lactic cream and some leathery dusty Brett. Body is light with moderate carbonation and semi dry. jredmond (8288) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Growler courtesy of Brian at Max’s. Pours a clear, golden body with no head, light white ring of lacing. Aroma is green apple jolly rancher candies and apple skins - a nice mix of sugary sweet candy and fruit. Mouthfeel is super tart with notes of sour green apple.
