Pour is apple juice colored with a fluffy, bubbly white head. Nose has some dusty Brett, lemon and green apple skin. A hint of lactic creaminess. Taste is not quite as bright but very clean. Pours a hazy honey color with a thin white head. Aroma is fresh and grassy with light appley notes. Flavor is very fresh and hoppy...grassy/leafy with light apple and very mild tartness...not exactly sour but it tastes great. Soft cider yellow with two fingers of crackling white head. Awesome nose, a myriad of tart and tropical notes blend with a soft funk and appley notes with a touch of pine apple. Pours a golden amber with a finger of white head that disappears. Hoppy and fruity aroma, slight funk. Nice dry mouthfeel. Tastes like a sour apple jolly rancher with some bite. Delicious!
