glowing amber, medium white head good lacing. Skunkier nose than Swample, Christmas-wreath aisle paper and earthy mushroom. Front palate is light paper and orange, very cobweb muted profile with plenty of moss, papery bitterness as well. Finishes herbaceous, lightly piney chartreuse esque end, paper my dough end.

Ernest (7515) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - APR 9, 2016
Draft at Als / Pizza Boy in Enola. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (apricot, resin, grapefruit), with notes of diacetyl and taffy. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. A bit clunky and syrupy, but OK. One of their weaker IPAs.
