Cloudy flamethrower blast of golden orange color with a creamy head of white-ish foam. Fresh aromas of grapefruit, orange, and pine forrest. On the tasting the grapefruit is juicier, with orange peel, pine resin, and moderate caramel malt. The finish is very dry, but not in an unpleasant way. On tap at Aces and Ales on Nellis. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of grains, hops, straw. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, straw, hops, hay, wood. Overall rich, flavorful, decent. kevinator63 (36) - California, USA - MAR 22, 2017
Poured from big bottle at home, liquid gold and sparkling in my oversized glass. Good aroma, good taste of hops and overall very enjoyable brew. It’s my first a Pizza Port brew, and makes me want to try more. AWISLguy (3497) - Wisconsin, USA - DEC 11, 2016
650ml bottle from the Malt Shoppe in Tosa. No bottle date, but have never seen before. Copper orange pour with an off-white head leaving nice streaky lacing. Aroma has pine and citrus and caramel, leaning to the orange juice side. Taste is of sweet caramel, tangy orange juice, and some chewy resin. Plenty of berry showing up, down through the glass. There is something a little off in the flavor, which may be the combination of the berry with the rest. Medium bodied with little alcohol presence. The blend is decent but not really better than that, and the carbonation is constant. Finishes to the sweet side of bittersweet. This seems to have good parts, but does not come together in the way that it could, and thus is just ok-to-solid. 13.5 anders37 (27898) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 18, 2016

Tap at Stone, Escondido. Clear gold pour with good rockier foam. Big navel orange nose, old school IPA style. Flavor is also old school with heavier body, nutty malt backbone, thicker caramel, and orange rind for balance. Bitterness is higher and aggressive. One of a million clones of the 1999 IPA archetype. Juicy body too. (4.1) slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - NOV 15, 2015
More citrus in the aroma and flavor than expected given the hops, but there is a nice tropical undertone as well. Pretty nice brew. marcus (10973) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 6, 2015
Bottle from Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours golden with a thick white head and a citrus and toffee aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a bitter Mosaic finish. Very malty, but not real sweet. bhensonb (16122) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 31, 2015
Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is mixed tropical/grape/citrus. And pine over somewhat roasty malt. Med + body. Flavor starts very mixed fruit, lets some roasty malt come through and seems to settle on grape/citrus/grapefruit, and then starts all over again. This has to be one of the more complicated beers I’ve had lately. And it’s tasty too. Finishes almost dank and certainly bitter.
