I get this locally and I can tell you every time it is a great experience. This beer in my opinion gives you everything you could desire in a beer. It tastes slightly like bread and has a tad sweetness to it. The color is a beautiful amber and the aroma smells of summer days in a field of daisies. I cant lie I just love this beer

Can from ølbutikken caramel, cereal, chocolate, grass, roasty, orange, amber, cloudy, white foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, full body, creamy, soft carbonation, bitter, long finish, really nice taste and body considering the ABV

Can from turners, shef. Rosy amber, thick short lived head. Aroma is syrupy and peachy/mango and honey. Taste is peppery and crisp and a dryly bitter. Nice full body and tingly carbonation. Appears I like this much more than most!

Can split with Dave in December 2014. A nice amount of pine in the aroma and bitterness in the taste, I could not believe it was 4.9%. Great tasting beer.

Can from Drygate. Pleasantly surprised...a) I have been to Carlsbad b) amber ales from California aren’t very common in Glasgow. Really pleasant: hops dominate the nose and the fizz stays right through, but theres a rounded maltiness lurking behind that which purrs right through.

Hipster in a can. Great name and in a enviro can. Great amber with a herbal Cush taste and aroma...pretty sick Bronson to pound. Great bubblie, great finish.

Hallstein (483) - Skogn, NORWAY - MAR 31, 2015
Pours a nice red colour with aromas of wort, raspberry and strawberry. Sweet malts. Flavor is nice and malty. Sweet malts dominate the flavor profile with some notes of honey and/or honeydew melon. Really nice, not too bitter and well balanced. Rating is this high because i LOVE malt-forward beers. If there were some more aroma hops here, this would be a 4,5 no problem.

Leighton (21491) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2013
Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, London during the Pizza Port tap takeover. Pours clear, amber-gold with a light, tan froth head. Bready malt nose, some berries, mild leaves. Medium sweet flavor with light dry caramel, dry bread, soft berries, mellow orange. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, lightly sticky, with further dry caramel, toffee, light bread. Really nice beer. Good balance. Wonderfule character for a 4%er.

Enjoyed on tap at Fathers Office in Los Angeles, CA after a long relatively stressful plane ride. Overall it was pretty good, nice rich brown hue with notes of caramel and very light hazelnut. This is a beer that I could keep drinking, great finish, nicely done.

Bottle. Amber, red off white head. Aroma of oregano, melon honey. Taste sweet fruit melon and peach. Fizzy nice, some flatness. Nice and easy
