Draught Small, dark yellowish head over black beer. Creamy, lactic nose, superimposed on the classical roasted notes. Nice, if quite burnt taste, expressly roasted. No creaminess in the flavourperception, but it is again present in the MF. Medium to well-bodied, very slick. Good Baltic porter, made with bottom-fermenting yeast. Hand bottle from iowaherkeye. Thanks Joey. Sampled side-by-side with Pizza Port Night Rider. Poured an opaque black color. Head was thin and light brown. The aroma was subdued overall with hints of cola, dark fruits, soy sauce, and pencil lead. Slightly sweet, slightly acidic, and bitter at the end. Tasted of chocolate, light molasses, and a bit of sour milk. I liked the Night Rider better.
