Clear amber color with ivory head. Pine, grapefruit, floral hop aromas. Average mouthfeel. Bready pale malt base brew with some floral, pine hoppage___not really hoppy GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 15, 2013
Tap at PP Carlsbad. Clear light golden. Good lace. Juicy fruit gum nose, pineapple, fresh smoothie. Taste is salty, softer brew water, moves to stickier and juicy jackfruit and rich red grapefruit. Mild sugar balance is desperately needed after all of these bitter, dry, soapy IPAs. Thank you. JohnnyJ (5570) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 2, 2012
Draft at PP Carlsbad. Clear amber pour, foamy white head, nice lacing. Citrus, bitter hops, sweet caramel malt, pine, and orange peel. To sweet for my liking, and some alcohol is noticeable. Still decent. ChazMania (669) - Oceanside, California, USA - NOV 15, 2012
Lighter nose than other PP IPA's, amber color nice head. Taste is bitter fruit, some mandarin orange hints. Nice body easy to drink for a nearly 9%er.

Amber pour with a dense cream colored head. Starts off with a sweet tropical fruit note followed by a lot of caramel sweetness. A fair amount of pine, some floral notes, pineapple, and a bit of tangerine. Some citric notes on the palate, a moderate bitterness, a hint of alcohol, and sweet caramel malts. Light floral and pine flavors, pineapple, and a hint of peach. A light grass note on the finish.
