Very good. One of those that will knock you down if you’re not careful. Very nice malty aroma that leads to a malty taste with a nice hop bitterness to balance out things. Well done. SDbruboy (1863) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 16, 2010
On tap at PP OB. Mostly clear, med amber w a sm off-white head that leaves nice lacing. Rich, malty and hoppy aroma, that features piney, citrus and dukefan (215) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 14, 2010
Hops, hops and more hops. I love them too. But when there is no balance or reason to them it is like eating a super spicy dish that has nothing else to offer. mustangjoe (183) - redondo beach, California, USA - SEP 6, 2010
Nice DIPA. Copper orange color, with a strong hoppy aroma and flavor. Probably my favorite sample at Stone’s 14th Anniversary Festival. So good, I went back for seconds. papajohn (1340) - San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA - AUG 21, 2010

Half pint on [email protected]
O.B.: Pale amber color with a small offf-white head. Aroma is fruity with citrus and a hint of pine sap. Rich caramel, tropical fruit start followed by citrus and a slow building, lingering orange rind bitter finish. Full body is smooth and creamy with moderate carbonation.s
On tap at Pizza Port Solana Beach. Deep golden color, plenty of lacing with medium carbonation. Robust citrus aroma with grapefruit, orange rind, pine sap and alcohol. Medium malt base, not to sweet or dry. Finishes with strong bitterness and lasting resin flavors. Your typical West Coast DIPA to expect from Pizza Port. Not as good as Poor Man’s though. Very tasty. nightrider (754) - encinitas, California, USA - AUG 16, 2010
On tap at Solana PP. Orange golden color with thin white head. Plenty of rich hops and citrus in your nose. Medium body. Resiny bitter hops. Good dose of sweet maltiness for balance. Great long finish a bit bitter and sweet. Loved it. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - AUG 8, 2010
Clear golden with fizzy white head. Huge citrus and pine hops aroma and taste with a big bitter bite and caramel notes. Sean9689 (286) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 26, 2010
Growled shared by Alex (Masterski) by way of the m’fer Shane (HH84). Thanks to both of these guys!
A - Pours copper, large frothy cream-colored head, lots of sticky lacing and a nice thin cap on top. This is how a DIPA should look!
S - DANK as all hell, lots of hops, lesser amount of malts, woah. This one makes my saliva turn into cementl...woah. Sweetness first. Bitter, then more hints of bitterness, topped by a bittery bitter note. Toasted malts. I think this one has it all, impressive.
M - Medium, good carbonation, oily finish.
D - I’m impressed. This kills the RR Registration I recently had and is right up there with Citra. Thanks once again to Alex and Shane!

Now this is my scene. Its like the old days up the coast 20 miles or so. Lightly hazed orange body. Not much head. The all-star game was boring, but cho saiko kept me going. Orange-alcohol but not like a cleaning solution. Tasting... where is the alcohol? 3 pints later... Oh there it is, whew! Medium full bodied pleasing and a real sneaker-upper.
