Taste comprises toffee, malty vibes, more biscuit, toasted brown sugars, light cocoa.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lightly drying close.

Not expecting much from this one, especially within a flight including some pretty big beers. but it sure held it’s own. Really well done english style mild with light hops and a nice dark sweet slightly fruity malt that was very pleasing to quaff."

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, Pizza Port tap takeover. It pours a light brown body with a small tan head. Aroma is malty and quite sweet, with some roasted notes. GABF 2013. Pours a dark copper orange appearance with a tan head. Caramel, herbal/earthy hoppy, a bit nutty, roasty aroma. Toffee, toasted malty, caramel, herbal, light coffee flavor. Not bad but I wasn’t thoroughly impressed by it. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Tap at Pizza Port Solana Beach. Clear cola pour with medium tan foam. Good lacing. Nose is sweeter apple and cherry cola, some sweet rye bread and honey rolls. Taste is mildly soapy with small roasted malt, thick rye bread, honey wheat rolls. Palate ends up being a bit oily and not so thin for style. Hard to style to brew- comes across well.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak coffee and caramel aroma. Slightly roasted malty coffee and caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel and coffee finish.
On tap at CBC, London on 23rd April 2013. Sepia with tan head. Spicy, yeasty nose. Roasty and nutty in-mouth with biscuit malt, cherries, soft berry fruits and alcohols. draft. toasted crackers, crunchy brown sugar and just-burnt butter in the nose with a mild dusting of sulfuric yeast. lightly sweet approach with crushed cereal grains, caramel / toffee malt syrup and bread crust growing more perceptible in the finish. mild bitterness, medium acid, medium-low sweetness, medium-light body with good froth.
