On tap at Craft Beer Co. thanks to Jeremy Gray. Hazy gold with lasting white head. Quite peppery hop. More like a regular american ipa bit sweetish. Pepper hop and big whack of bitterness. Good bitter beer. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Pours a clear golden orange with a white head. Nose opens with citrus peel, floral, and pine hops. Nose is quite dry, but there is a bit of bread and toasted malt. The flavor is very bitter and very dry. Tons of pine hop bitterness with only some mild citrus and just a hint of tropical fruit. Some bread malt, maybe a hint of toffee.
