On tap at the brewpub in San Clemente. Pours a black body with a creamy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a lot of thick lacing. Aroma is very rich. Lots of smooth, dark bittersweet chocolate and mild roasts. Some herbal hoppiness as well. Similar rich flavor. Definitely more roasty than a typical oatmeal stout. A bunch of citrus towards the end and even some slightly sour cherries. Finishes quick and smooth with a creamy chocolate, roasty lingering taste. Palate is relatively full bodied. Sweet aroma, with strong oatmeal (surprising to smell) and roastiness. Pitch black in color with a tan head. A sweeter stout with a nice roast finish; quite smotth...as suggested.

On tap at GABF where this beer won a fairly well-deserved gold. Labeled as "Ernestís Silky Smoove." It does indeed appear "smoove" and black with a small, lasting tan head. Aroma is roast, coffee, and vanilla. Flavor is roasted malt, caramel, toasted oats, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. Palate is medium-full and very creamy from the oatmeal. Overall really solid.

Draught @ RBESG10 in Brasserie 4:20, Via Portuense 82, Roma, Italy.
Clear dark black color with a large to huge, creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, oat. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft. 
On tap for a beer club party I had. I didnít rate at the time, but I drank significant amounts of this, which resulted in a bad hangover and then I had to take a plane overseas. Perhaps because of that I donít like what Ernstís evil spell has done to me, but the beer itself is nothing short of great. Silky smooth body with lots of coffee, chocolate malt note with hints of oatmeal. It was so smooth tasting that when the beer was initially served too cold, I thought it would make a great breakfast beer. Lingering chocolately finish. A: The pour is very dark brown, almost black, with a cream mocha colored head.
S: Lots of coffee and roast on the nose, with a nice bitter, dark chocolate. A touch of caramel sweetness as well as minimal earthy hop aromas. Not too many different things going on, but it smells good.
T: Bitter dark chocolate along with an intense roasted malt flavor give this beer a pretty substantial level of bitterness. Sweet oatmeal and toffee. A moderate coffee flavor is present as well.
M: The body is medium, not quite as silky as many oatmeal stouts, though, with a moderate carbonation.
