On draft at 3 Floyds. Pours a clear champagne cola color with a thick and overflowing off white head. Aroma of bubble gum, cloves and banana. Taste is much the same as the aroma. SamGamgee (2585) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - JUL 3, 2009
Draught at the brewpub. Gold with a white head. Spicy, peppery aroma, but overall a little muted. The orange jumped out in the flavor, with some spice an doughy yeast. Dry finish with light alcohol warmth. Nice and light in the mouth with spritzy carbonation. Nice stuff, but not really too interesting. The dry finish was a nice tough though. jinroh (2277) - ESTONIA - MAR 20, 2015
Pours golden, nice white foam. Aroma of Belgian yeast, candy. Taste feels really Belgian as well, feeling as if in Brussels. Sweet, with subdued bitterness and much more powerful than your usual Belgian ale. Some sour notes in the aftertaste. That1Guy (2237) - Colorado, USA - JUN 15, 2010
Crushed at BSAF 10. Wasn’t a big fan of this one. Never really a fan of tripels anyway I suppose. Very malty with some light fruitiness. Pretty boring brew to come out of an outstanding brewery. wetherel (1888) - Cupertino, California, USA - AUG 22, 2009
On tap at PP San Clemente. Yellow color. Strong banana Belgian yeast aroma. Sweetish. Medium to thick body.

Pours hazy golden yellow with a thin white head and good lace. Smells kinda funky a little like butt with some sweet cereal malts as well. Tastes spicy and malty, coriander really comes through. Sweetness with spice overall. Medium body, good carbonation. potbeerjob (1343) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 1, 2010
Draught. Gold with white head. Big boozy yeasty fruit with orange. Flavor is lite spice and dry. Oddly candy spiciness crisply biting and alright. Not awesome. But I’m at Boulder Strong Fest...tough competition. MoDog (928) - Griffith, Indiana, USA - AUG 1, 2009
On tap at Three Floyds, served in a tulip. Golden orange pour with a two-finger thick head of light beige foam that hung around a bit and produced some chunky lacing. The aroma had honey, citrus, toasted caramel, and also some spicy yeast esters. The flavor was lightly spicy and had strong notes of orange and honey. Lightly warming. The mouthfeel was medium to full-bodied and had light, soft carbonation. Decent, well made tripel. greenhorn1 (850) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - OCT 25, 2013
On tap. Can smell and taste the corriander, with some citrus notes. Somewhat peppery, and other spices, on the palate. Sweet. Not one of my favorites. mspindler (489) - Alta Loma, California, USA - FEB 16, 2010
