A: The pour is a dark brown color with a touch of red highlights to it as well. A finger of tan head caps it off.
S: Lots of nutty aromas along with plenty of cocoa, roasted malt, and dark chocolate. Toffee and caramel provide the bulk of the sweetness and there is a nice toasted malt character as well.
T: The flavor profile is pretty much the same as the smell. A nice sweetness of toffee and caramel, as well as milk chocolate. A touch of bitter dark chocolate, roasted malt, and the usual nuttiness.
M: Medium in body with a moderate carbonation to it.

On draught at Maui Brewing Company in Lahaina, HI. The beer is a dark brown color with a medium tan head that diminishes to an outer ring eventually. Rings of lacing on the glass. Malty aroma with some dark fruit and coffee notes. Medium body with a rich malty character and flavors of roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate and raisins.
