Tap in OB. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma and flavor are cereal malt, fruity Belgian yeast esters, bubblegum, and a dry finish. Light/medium body. GarrettB (1717) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 28, 2016
October 11th, 2014 - Striated with bubbles, and crowned with an alpine head, the Guillame cuts a distinguished figure served in its tall, tulip style glass. Its jacket is decorated too, with a shining silver medal from GABG in the sessionable category. Hence my appetite is piqued, sparing little time between pour and the first sniff. Lots of carbonation pushes a pilsener style nose, clean with mineral and a touch of corn notes, clean and classy. The flavor is sweeter and softer, served on a cushioned palate. The lighter mouthfeel is very appropriate for a sessionable beer, and so is the short aftertaste, filling out the style’s demands nicely. In many ways the taste is "unremarkable", especially in a city afloat in heavy, hoppy beers. But that is part of the heart of a session beer.

Draught at Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Hazy pale golden beer with a small offwhite head. Fruity bread aroma, yeasty, grass, citrus, peach, some herbal notes. Hoppy spicy dough flavor, grapefruit, some hay. A bit odd. Tstamba (786) - Maryland, USA - NOV 2, 2015
Taster at brewery... Pale yellow gold with thin white head and lacing... A bit or sour and tartness on the nose. Some funk and banana notes... Crisp and clean, very refreshing. GABF medal winner... Very nice.
Tap at stone for the pizza port tap takeover. Clear, pale gold with a small white head. Super estery yeasty Belgian nose. Some apple, pear and light muscat as well. High carbonation, crisp and light but a little cloying. Like a Duvel light. Not bad. KyotoLefty (10931) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUN 26, 2015
Tap at Bud. Pale gold, clear, with a fine head. Malty wheat nose, citrus, no spice. Rich wheat flavor, a bit of banana and clove, citrus. Clean and drinkable. I cannot imagine that this is not a kristal weizen rather than a wit.
