Draught @ [ Sour & Bitter #3 by Drikkeriet ], Atelier 1B - Gastronomisk Innovation, Frederiksborggade 1B, 4th, Copenhagen, Denmark 1360.
[ As Pizza Port Claudies IPL ].
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, vegetables - grain, light grassy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, sweet malt, vegetable notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
A: The pour is a hazy golden color with a tint of orange to it and a smallish white head.
S: A really nice and fresh hop nose to this beer. Lots of citrus like grapefruit and tangerine with a bit of pineapple providing sweetness. There are some pine notes, but not much in contrast to the fruit.
T: Things are just as solid on the palate. The pine notes and bitterness are more pronounced here, but there’s still plenty of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Just a touch of pineapple comes through and no malt whatsoever.
M: The body is medium and so is the carbonation. Nice and crisp on the finish with a little bitterness lasting on the tongue.
D: Maybe not quite as good as Humulus Lager, but still pretty nice. I like how these types of beers really provide a clean slate for the hops to shine. Ferris (16268) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 25, 2016
Draft - Nice citrus and pine notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Bitter citrus peel and a long bitter finish. Big tastes for a lager. DSG (15119) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAY 27, 2016

(Growler, via BMan1113VR) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of pine, pencil shavings, orange, lemon, and grass. Flavor of pine, grass, citrus, and light pineapple with a dry, bitter finish. GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 1, 2013
Tap at the brewpub. Clear deep golden. Massive webby lacing. Nose is sharper lemon, sticky candies, cantaloupe, sweet pineapple. Taste is bitter, dusty, quite papery and astringent. Long, drying, papery finish. May not be so fresh but that seems unlikely. blipp (9590) - La Mesa, California, USA - DEC 20, 2016
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Fruity hops (possibly Mosaic?), mild bitterness, mild fruity sweetness, soft grainy notes, and a quick and crisp finish. Good stuff. AndySnow (7972) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - DEC 22, 2015
