On tap at Craft Beer Co. Hazy gold lasting cream head. Toasty American hop aroma. Hints at what this could be fresh. Bit of fish oil in the mouth. Solid apa. Hoppy yes. Way too over carbonated. So got rid of it and its better. But still mostly toasty hops. Started well but i want more fruit brokensail (16444) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 10, 2010
A: The pour is an amber sort of color with a finger’s worth of off-white head.
S: The nose is nicely hoppy with quite a bit of fruit character. Some tropical notes as well as citrus in the form of tangerine and grapefruit. Underneath the hops, a nice bready malt aroma.
T: The flavors are quite similar to the nose. A pleasant and moderate bitterness with plenty of citrus hop flavors. Like a good pale ale should be, a nice balance of bready malts.
M: A medium body (maybe on the light side of the spectrum) with a crisp carbonation.
D: A pretty nice and easy to drink beer, as a pale ale should be. I wouldn’t mind having this one again. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2012
