Che meraviglia queste APA americane, sono di un livello oggettivamente inarrivabile. Dentro c’è un cesto di frutta Zarin (202) - ITALY - DEC 29, 2012

Draft at pizza port ocean beach. Yummy orange citrus hops are balanced very well against a sweet bread malt. This was a great beerto wash down some Carlsbad pizza. I could drink a few more of these anytime. alagnak (468) - Littleton, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2010
Draft @ Falling Rock. Nose is Sweet bitter tropical fruit - Mago, Papaya - with a lightly grassy/juniper-ish note there, too. Flavor is just out of this world good for an APA. Super-crisp and floral hops, with just enough malty bread to hold it up. @ 6% abv, that’s a hell of a brewer. I would drink gallons of this. Cask @ PP/C’bad. Clear, light orange pour and a creamy white head with good retention and leaving heavy lace. Fruity nose (melon, grapes, apples). Medium-light body and light carbonation, both of wwhich hold up through the finish. Toast, light citrus and pine and lots of fruit: grapes, melon, berries, mango. More aromatic and perhaps not as balanced as SN Green, but this is an excellent and sessionable APA.

On tap at Craft Beer Co, London on 30th June 2012. Slight hazy amber with lasting white lacing head. Rich hoppy aroma. Exquisite hoppiness in-mouth - rich grapefruit and grassiness leading to a lasting, satisfying finish of tangy grapefruit and slight smokiness. Zingy mouthfeel. Superb. On tap at GABF 2013, big dank and resinous aroma and taste, super nice bitter finish. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2012
A Sim rate (on tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad): So yeah, at Pizza Port Carlsbad one drinks Kung Fu Elvis. Unfortunately, the cask version dry-hopped with Citra & Simcoe was out. But this is no boobie prize. Sweet, bitter hop aroma that just makes me want more. Flavour is California with some extra hops thrown in. Bitterness remains in the finish and keeps me lovin’ it. On tap at PP Carlsbad. Super Hoppy, yet the lower alcohol body holds up to the hops and is surprising low alcohol. The hoppiness of an IPA - without the cloying maltiness. Would you come teach our brewers to make beer like this in TX? Puhleez? yespr (45443) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2012
From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is citusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and smooth fruity into a mellow dry and bitter finish. Ends dry and bitter. Smooth.
