From tap at Sour & Bitter #3, Copenhagen. Dark brown to black color with beige brown head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, licorice, some smoked notes. Sweet and bitter, smoked notes like in aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly rich and sour-ish, espresso, dark malts, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, grass, minerals, weeds, sorrel, cocoa. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, burnt espresso, grass, minerals, cocoa, hay, toast, burnt caramel, bark, vanilla, hints of cinnamon. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and burnt mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap at city beer store. Sf. Dark black / mahogany brown coloured pour a fading mid tan head. Aroma is huge raw coffee bean, cascara , spicy veg pepper, roast. Flavour is composed of smooth roast coffee, raw bean bean, little ash. Palate is medium bodied, little milky, highish carbonation. Nice coffee character. Little bitter coffee.

Draft at GABF 2015. Pour is deep brown with a small khaki-colored head and great lacing. Lots of coffee, maple syrup, vanilla, toasted bread, cocoa, and coconut in the aroma. Taste is light cocoa, graham crackers, vanilla, lots of coffee, chocolate, maple, and roasty with a toasted bitter finish. Medium body with medium carbonation. Pretty cool beer.
