On tap at The Monk. Pours a clear copper with a small white head. Big citrus hop and pine on the nose. The flavour replicates this. Massive citrus hops. Some tropical fruits na dgrapefruit. Enjoyed this one quite a bit TimE (5817) - Tokyo, JAPAN - APR 1, 2011
Light amber color. Massively dry hopped, piney. Very over the top hoppy nose. No body just hops but very light. Light bitter finish. Fun beer, but not
something I would drink all the time. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - FEB 16, 2011
A: The beer pours a clear golden orange color with a finger of white head and some spotty lacing.
S: A big hop aroma to start this one off. Lots of citrus and pine to go with a bit of grass. The grapefruit notes are really nice on this one and there is just a little bit of tropical fruit in there. I don’t really get any malt at all.
T: While there is a pretty solid hop flavor, this beer is overly bitter. There is tons of pine along with some fleshy grapefruit and grapefruit rind. The finish has a lasting and intense bitterness. I don’t get any malt on the palate either.
M: The body is medium with a moderate carbonation.
D: The nose was really nice, but this beer was just too damn bitter. It would be nice to have a higher hop flavor to bitterness ratio. jeremytoni (3058) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - JAN 30, 2011

Appearance: Clear golden with a nice white head and some lacing
Aroma: Fruity and citrus
Taste: Fruits and citrus. Borderline too fruity
A nice APA, clean and crisp. Easy drinkability.
Very light and crisp. Citrus in the flavor and aroma. A bit of malt sweetness but mostly the lemony feel. Quite clean and refreshing. This would be great at a wedding, light, crisp and clean. papajohn (1250) - San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA - AUG 30, 2010
On tap @Solana Beach: Light golden color with a small white head. Aroma is light citrus. Flavor is all citrus (light lemon and lime) with just a hint of caramel for balance. Medium body has a crisp finish with lively carbonation. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 13, 2010
Big hop nose, loads of citrus and lime zest. Not a fan of Citra hops, but this is the most well done I have tried. Super drinkable, tons of hop flavor, not too bitter or harsh, truly a great sessionable beer. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - AUG 8, 2010
Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Citrus hops aroma and taste with a sticky palate and bitter pine finish. doubleo (1432) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 1, 2010
