Pours a clear golden color with a white head and good lacing. Citrus peel, grass, and pine hops with a light floral character. Some bready malt, but note much in the way of sweetness. The pine is quite strong on the palate and gives the beer a pronounced bitterness. Bready malt, but again, not much sweetness. A bit of floral and citrus peel hop flavor to it as well. jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 8, 2012

On tap at the source. Pours with a crystal clear golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas are of pineapple, citrus, mango, dank, tropical fruit. All hops at West Coast IPA levels. Minimal malt. Flavors are of hops: citrus, dank, pineapple, grassy, tropical fruit. Low malt presence. A bit thin on the mouthfeel (I guess this is suppose to be a Pale Ale after all), medium bubbles. Quite a nice hoppy beer. Peacehammer (624) - California, USA - APR 29, 2012
perfect gold, aroma of peaches and pineapple. Backend piney hop flavor and very crisp finish. Excellent summer afternoon beer.

Draft at Haymarket. Pours a clear golden orange with a fluffy white head. Nose is really great. Bright citrus with a firm tropical fruit component. Not much in terms of malt in the nose. Very bright and popping aromatics. On taste, it comes across a bit thin. Plenty of hop flavor, just lacking the bitterness to really support the really floral component of the flavor profile. A touch catty as well. Very solid overall.
