Lots of citrus hops and a lot of balance. Very typical IPA. I could tell no difference between this and the El Camino. Both were good though. beeryum (652) - Norcross, Georgia, USA - FEB 10, 2006
Draft at Solana, early Dec 05. Orange coppery and clear pour. Citrusy and light piney hop aroma. Caramel malty flavors balanced decently with similar citrusy and light piney hops, and a touch fruity. Not too bad. goldtwins (4319) - Nesconset, New York, USA - DEC 13, 2005
Solana: Clear amber color. Earthy hops with caramel underneath. Malty flavor with mild hops. Nicely balanced with a hoppy bitter finish. BuckNaked (1230) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - DEC 4, 2005
Draught at RFD’s 11/7/05: Medium amber body with a tight, off-white head. Aroma is fresh lemon and citrus hops all the way. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, peat(?), lemon grass, light salty yeast, and peach. Light-medium bodied. I think this was the only one argo0 and I were more than .1 off each other’s scores, literally without discussing anything about the beer until after we finished rating. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 8, 2005
