Tap @ Toronado’s Pizza Port night. Pours a deep coffee brown / black with a small creamy beige head. Faint coffee on the nose along with black cherries and other dark fruits. Roasted malts and dark fruits dominated the palate. Finish was very creamy and smooth, damn tasty. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - JUN 3, 2009
On tap at Toronado SD; had no idea what the style was, but glad it was a Baltic Porter, as it is a style I haven’t had too much of yet. Color was a dark brown to black with a light brownish head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruit, toffee and a bit of coffee and sweetness. Flavor was very nice. Roasted, sweet, sugary and a bit chalky. Fruity as well. Very good beer. On tap at toronado SD. Very dark brown pour, frothy tan head. Dark roasted malts, cherries, chocolate, licorice, nuts, and light coffee. It’s a lager? Easily could be an imp stout. Excellent! danielcurtis81 (1519) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 17, 2008

Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma is roasty with chocolate and a ton of sweet dark fruit. Roasted malts, chocolate, touch of burnt malts, nuts, and dark fruits make up the flavor profile. Strong alcohol, but a pretty clean finish. Enjoyable brew. ajm (1072) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 25, 2008
Very fine! On tap at the brewpub. Very nice aroma of dark fruit, which the flavor adds to: coffee, charcoal, roasty malts and milk chocolate, just about in that order. Deep, deep black, thin ring of white head. NYHarvey (2153) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 21, 2008
Aroma is chocolate, dark fruit, light alcohol and cooked molasses. Flavor comprised of the same notes from the aroma, but with more concentrated alcohol, vanilla, deeper fruit notes and light coffee as well. Very tasty brew. heemer77 (5358) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JUN 25, 2008
Thanks for sharing this one, iowaherkeye. The body was blakc with an orangeish tan head. The aroma was pancakes and plain brown syrup. I also got some milk chocolate. The taste was more of the milk chocolate with some walnuts. There was also coffee. A nice medium body kept this easy to drink. Solid.
