On tap at San Clemente location. Got the last of the keg. Pours a dark brown with creamy light tan head. Roasted malt, bread, notes of chocolate, sweet cream, fruit (grape), and a touch of oak. The barrel aging deffinitely gives this beer a sour flavor, interesting. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, but light, I don’t think it stands to well with the barrel aging. Interesting beer, would like to try the regular one in comparison.
