Had this one at Downtown Johnny Browns a few weeks back. It was a nice stout that had some creaminess, chocolate, and a thin mouth feel. Pretty good though.
"Another textbook example of the style. Dry and light, without lacking at all in flavor. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate all in good measure. Nothing that stands out but solid in every aspect." blipp (9696) - La Mesa, California, USA - SEP 28, 2012
Draft. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Nutty roasted malts, toasted grain, and a medium sweetness. Good stuff. Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 30, 2012
Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours black with a medium creamy tan head that recedes slowly to a dense film. Rings of lacing. Roasty aroma of malt and coffee. Light to medium body with a roasted malt character and notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is dry with a short malt aftertaste. Decent overall. yespr (47567) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 19, 2012

Nearly black, creamy nitro head. Coffee, roast and cocoa aroma. Dry and toasty with great notes of chocolate and espresso. brokensail (16648) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 26, 2011
A: The pour is nearly black in color with a finger of creamy, dense, tan head.
S: Smells of coffee and roasted malts with some bitter dark chocolate character, too. A touch of earthy hop character. Just a hint of sweetness, sort of like molasses.
T: The flavor is definitely watery, more so than I often find with other nitro beers. The same coffee, roasted malt, and dark chocolate flavors are there, but the intensity is not.
M: Thin bodied with the typical nitro carbonation.
O: Far too watery tasting and too thin on the tongue. Could have been better with a bit more body.
