Clear medium to dark red amber color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dry nuts, sweet nuts, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, dry hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, dry nutty, dry hops, orange, caramel, dark caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. 
From cask. Pours hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light fruity. Sweet, toasted and caramelish. Breadish and toffee. Bitter and dry hoppy into a smooth roasted malty finish.

>> Clear deep amber red pour. Nice tan foam with great lacing. Nose is maple glaze, fresh oranges. In taste: rich maple with decent piney and nutty Sierra Nevada Celebration style hop bite that isn’t too aggressive or astringent like many imperial red IPAs. Instead the palate is fairly juicy, spicy. Not too boozy, powerfully hoppy but not astringent. Would be too much for a full pour I’m afraid but definitely makes good of a usually hated style on my part.
