A: The beer pours a clear golden with a big white head.
S: An intense banana aroma along with plenty of spices, particularly clove. There is a substantial bready malt character along with a moderate sweetness. A hint of pear and yeast on the back end.
T: Starts off with sweet fruits such as apple and pear. Tons of banana and toffee flavors. Lots of clove and spice notes, too. A fair bit of yeast flavor. Overall, a very nice flavor.
M: The body is light to medium with a medium carbonation.

Draft at Pizza Port Solana Beach with Andrew, Brendan and the big boy daddy dad Bachelor, Dallas. Pours a light amber body with white lacing. Aroma is plain belgian ale. On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a crystal clear yellow body with a small white head. Aromas are floral, estery, fruity with mild phenols, sage, coriander, clove. Flowery. Flavors are pretty yeasty for a "belgian pale ale" if it claims to be to style. Lots of phenol, clove and coriander character. Bubblegum and banana. Draft on tap at Haymarket’s Pizza Port Event (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice well hazed golden glowing hue, a frothy whitish head dies to an ok film and laces ok. Aromas are distinct Belgian yeast, big fruity apples and pear. Touches of lemons, bread dough, big fruit. Touches of yeast. Big sour lemon cookie influence and decent hops. Initial a big fruit punch, tutti-fruti with lemons, pears, bananas, and bready dough. Bigger yeast spice, vanilla, honey. Finish moves to a dry yeastiness and a lot of lingering sweet estery fruits, honey, sweet bread, with just a pinch of bitterness. Very Belgian, very fruity overall. Sweet on the palate with a touch of grassy dryness.

draft at Pizza Ports tap takeover at Haymarkets, Chicago. Surprised that this was an IPA. I thought it was a Blegian Ale or even a saison. Herbal, spiced, citrus zest, lots of Belgian yeastiness, coriander, flavor is similar to Sofie. Didnt seem 8.2 like it stated. Little bitterness. only beer i asked for 2 4oz. Good but an IPA?? Draft at carlsbad PP. Clear gold, with orange hue and a small creamy white head. Aroma of fruit, banana, flowers, slight hops. Flavor is similar, but sweeter, banana, light yeast, bubble gum, and lightly hop. Draft at Haymarket. Pours an orangey gold, slightly hazy with a sticky white head. The nose is strongly Belgian, very estery, with come floral hops. Also some lemony notes as well. Quite fresh and bright, very nice. On taste, has a very soft Belgian palate with candi coming through. Not an IPA at all. Pretty one dimensional hoppy Belgian beer. Not really my bag.
