3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Translucent, magnifying orangey copper with a thick, café frothed and orange tinted head. Aroma rings with honeydew and lemon grass, freshly cut after a mid-summer rain. It’s timed perfectly for the season. Sweet orange crème toffee crests on the aromatic ridge. Bitter peaches trollop with maple covered grapefruit. Peaches, amaretto and balsa wood interweave. Honeyed marigolds and tinctured carbonation ride a horizontal line across the tongue. A gentle, grassy ridge cuts sweet bitterness to the edge. Thanks for the 750-ml. bottle, tpkenned!
Couleur dorée; mousse blanche; arômes et goût maltés et fruités; bière légèrement douce avec finale bien amère

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 On tap at Belmont. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. A light toasty nose. The flavor is light sweet toast, citrus, husky. OK. Lore (2894) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 3, 2017
opalescent golden colour, large, dense off-white head; aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruits, pine, herbal and grape seed notes, as well as slight apricot; taste is the same with some honey notes and spicy-peppery aftertaste; great IPA! not too sophisticated but very refreshing skortila (5985) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 23, 2017
Canned. 25cl sample. The aroma is citric, bit grainy. Slightly hazy, golden coloured beer with a medium sized white head. The taste is light-moderate bitter and has citrus mainly. Missing some hopiness or the can was too old. orbit (220) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 21, 2017
Beauriful IPA! Very tasty and lots of tastes that come up, usual IPA herbs and spices, but also a nice caramel/ vanilla aftertaste. It is sweet meets bitter with this one, not as smooth as most US IPAs, but defintely with depth.

A- Tropical fruits, slightly dank, mild pine.
A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Medium bitterness, tropical fruit, pine.
P- Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Six months old and still good. I imagine if I had access to fresh beers like this, IPA's might grow on me. Well balanced. TET (3205) - Kaarina, FINLAND - OCT 3, 2017
A light orange beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has smooth mangos and papaiyas, some grapefruits and caramel. Taste has caramel malts, pine, less tropical fruitness than in the aroma, bitterness is long and at least medium, quite dry. Medium bodied, smooth. Balanced and enjoyable. nihtila (3908) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 28, 2017

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2017 Tåkete gulbrunmed høyt hvitt skum. Lukter lett av sitrus og noe sydhavsfrukt. Lett. Middels minus i bitterhet. Sitrus og noe barnål, noe sydhavsfrukt. Kort. Lettdrikkelig. IslandHaole (1299) - Misawa, JAPAN - SEP 21, 2017
Medium golden color, slightly hazy with a big foamy head. Smells like I'm peeling a grapefruit in a Christmas tree farm with a touch of Allspice on the side. Intense hops explode in your mouth, it takes a few sips to adequately adjust to the bitterness before you taste the light apricot and bubblegum sweetness of the malt that soon gives way to a solid bitter follow and aftertaste. Nice body and good mouthfeel. Really good stuff, a great Left Coast IPA just the way I like them!
