On tap @ Pizza Port Bressi Ranch. Very light yellow hue...I’d almost call it off-clear. Lemon juice and apple cider nose. Slight lime zest and pear. Lots of grass. A hint of chlorine. Flavor has some sweet grape and apple juice. Lemon and lime zest, decently sour, and some subtle brine/saltiness. A bit of wheat and cheddar cheese dust. Tap at the Rookery. Pours a hazy light yellow with small head, quickly dissipating. Aromas of grain, dry malted barley, lemon spritz, some funky twang. >> Pours low haze, low cloudy white. Scant foam. Mild bleu cheese, honeydew, and hefty funk aroma with doughy Berliner character. Taste is salty, refreshing, honeydew, white grape, lemon. Refreshing and clean, quite funky and not too cheesy/bleu cheesy thankfully. On style and very drinkable.
