Detta öl är jäst två gånger. Först med mjölksyrebildande bakterier och sen med vanlig ale-jäst. Det gör att ölet får en syrlig smak och doft samtidigt som malten och humlen kommer fram. Som en extra twist är detta öl smaksatt med ren lingonjuice. Helt naturligt, men rätt avancerat.

Unclear matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, lingonberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt, lingonberry, floral notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170311]

330ml bottle from Ica Liljeholmen. Hazy pale golden, huge white head, some lacing. Fruity and lactose aroma, mashed apples and lemon grass. Light, clean and tart mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Tart yoghurt taste, lemon zest, tart and sweet berries, green and red apples. Short and dry finish. Refreshing!

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with big frothy white head. Fruity, tart nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, grass, white bread and hints of tart berries. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, lemon, lingonberries, rhubarb, white bread and a dry finish with a fresh tartness. Light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with lingonberries mainly coming through in the mouth rather than the nose. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled, from ICA Kvantum Liljeholmen, Stockholm. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Lemony nose with a whiff of butter. Tart with light body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Citric acid and some tart lingonberries. No bitterness.

Cloudy golden with white head. Aroma is tart and acidic with light citrus, light lingonberries and green leaves. Taste is dry lingonberries, leaves, dry lacto and light citrus with a moderate bitterness. Medium, dry mouthfeel, light carbonation and very dry aftertaste with light lingoberry notes.

Bottle from one of the low ABV stores in Stockholm. Acidic and fruity smell. Similar taste. Refreshing. One sided tartness but at the same time allot of flavour for a low ABV beer. The lingon berries is present in the background.

Bottle. Pours golden with a small white head. Strange and unpleasant aroma with notes of butter, rubber and lingonberries. A harsh but short lasting tartness with strange plastic off notes and some lingonberry. Thin mouthfeel.
