Draft at brewery. Grainy and light pepper with some citrus. overall, ok, but not really much going on. Kind of just beer for beer here. No real noticeable rye or yeast character. Would like to see some more flavorful beer. brokensail (16678) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 19, 2013
On tap @ Placerville Brewing. Slightly hazed golden pour with a white head. Tart lemon, grass, and some green apple. Bread, rye, and a bit of water. Flavor is lightly tart, some grass, and green apple. Hints of rye, some bread, water, and a bit of water. BeerFunGuy (874) - California, USA - AUG 4, 2013
This cloudy gold beer comes served with a lemon. The lemon hijacks the aroma. It crosses the flavor of a creamy beer with that of a very wheaty beer. A well done beer.

A refreshing rye beer. Pours a boring yellow. Smells like lemon, but that's in part to the lemon they serve on the rim. Taste is wheaty, with more lemon. Creamy and refreshing, but nothing special. Had at the brewery.

On draft as part of the sampler. Taste had some wheat with a touch of spice from the rye. Kind of bland overall to be honest.
