COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: previously brewed at Næstvedbryggeriet Føniks.

The aroma is a little citrus and orange, and the taste is gently hoppy also some malt sweetness gets space in the background. Now it is an IPA and the label does not tell how many IBU, and I do not know how to guess a value. But it is a little atypical IPA which is not so hop bitter as the type can afford, and therefore it will be a good starting-IPA for those who want to try an IPA’s without getting the taste buds paralyzed.

Bottle from Fakta. Hazy amber pour with non.lasting white head. Floral aroma with hints of citrus. Taste is very hoppy and has a nice bitter ipa finish. Underrated beer, its VERY drinkable and i highly recommend it.

Bottle. Pours amber/golden with a smallish white head. This is a pretty interesting beer. Aroma is quite floral (lavender?), plus some vegetal hops and some spices I can’t easily distinguish. Flavor is quite hoppy, with several kinds of hop notes, including woody and more resinous ones. Fairly bitter finish. This is about as hoppy as a west-coast American IPA, but ends up being rather different in overall character. Good, to my palate.

No i maślanka diacetylowa, która... idealnie tam pasowała. Piwny chleb z masłem! Osobliwe piwo, warto dać szansę.

Bottle @ home shared by dad. Clear amber color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops and something that reminds me of a barley wine. Taste malts, bitter hops, bitter, a hint of overripe fruits. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ Kvickly, Haderslev.
Hazy orange, with a big, staying, creamy, off-white head. Fine duration. Aroma is peachy, light yeast, some soft caramel. Citric and fresh. Highish carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has peach, apricot, pine, light yeast, soft biscuity caramel. Good lingering hoppy bitter finish.
