larsga (7675) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 1, 2015
Big brown head. Nearly opaque black body goes deep dark red at bottom. Spicy chocolatey earthy aroma with roasty mealy notes. Sweetish roasty chocolate pudding taste with spicy earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish chocolate pudding and earth aftertaste with fruity wild berry notes. Nice, drinkable, harmonic, and vivid. Put off drinking this because of the name, but it turns out to be a really good beer. (0.5l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Beer5000 (6824) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 19, 2015
500 ml bottle, sampled almost one year after expiration date, with no signs of miss flavors. Practically black body with a medium sized, lacing tan head. Aroma is dark malt, liquorice and coffee. Flavor is smooth dark, medium roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice, some dark fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and pleasant aftertaste. Very smooth this one, the storage might have an impact here. Easy to drink and surprisingly nice actually, could wish for some more body here but otherwise a very nice one for this relativlly low ABV.

DraftDodger (1793) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 14, 2015
Copenhagen 11/2 2015. 50 cl bottle. Gift from former colleagues. Pours very dark brown - almost black - with beige head. Subsides gradually. Aroma of dark roasted malts and coffee. Not much sweetness. Medium low carbonation. Taste is sweetish and suprisingly light. A little chocolate and coffee bitterness. Especially in the aftertaste. Kind of mediocre stout.

djoeye (5372) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 3, 2014
Black body, beige head, some lacing as rims and some field. Aroma; cocoa, roasted malts, milky chocolate. Taste; cocoa, dark chocolate, mild roasted malts, caramel, choco-liquorice. Dark sweet syrup in finish, lasting a bit. Normal on palate, just few dry parts, soft carbonation. Overall tasty enough, very slick for a stout. BBD: 20-02-2015.
In short: light bodied stout.
Stated as 5,5% in the label.
Pours dark copper with some tan head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Roasty, caramel, nuts aromas. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is quite watery at the beggining, roasty, and when it settles and temper it develops a nice finishing bitterness. Correct and enjoyable.

omhper (25951) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 29, 2014
Bottled. Black, mid sized beige head. Coffee and pear up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Red apples, licorice, coffee and caramel. Low bitterness.

Medium konsistens. Min øl nr 500!

Madsen1635 (967) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 7, 2014
Bottle. Pitch black pour with light brown head. Aroma is fresh but has underlying burnt notes. Taste is balanced.
