COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: previously brewed at Næstvedbryggeriet Føniks.

LasseVPedersen (412) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2014
Bottle, 50cl. Pours dark brown, towards black colour with a small, but stable foamy beige/brown head. Roasted malt aroma, chocolate, liquorice, coffee, dusty earthy notes. Medium roasted sweet malt flavour followed by average bitter hops. Toffee, mild cold coffee, raisin and metallic as well. Medium body (light-medium for the type), average carbonation. Bit thin mouthfeel - otherwise quite good.

Benfi (692) - DENMARK - MAR 4, 2014
Black in color, head is tanned, medium-sized and quite retaining. Malty aroma, mostly dark dessert chocolate, roasted malts, coffee and some dark bread together with caramel. Malty bittersweet taste, coffee and chocolate predominate the sensation, balanced and not obtrusive, somewhat woody, very pleasant.

Dejlig mild velafstemt stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle picked up at a supermarket in copenhagen. plummy dark brown with a thin head; some porridge oat character, hints of golden syrup and stone fruit; somehow underwhelming
