COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: previously brewed at Næstvedbryggeriet Føniks.

Bottle @ benzai. Brown colour with a small beige head. Smells chocolate, brown bread, roasty, slightly weird. Tastes chocolate, roasty, slightly sugary.. Not bad tbh. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

@ Havregatan.

Taste of roasted coffeebeans and caramel. Light bitterness. Goes down easy.

Bottle, 50 cl. Brownish black with a small, bubbly beige head. Roasted sweet malty nose with tiny, tiny notes of licorice and lightly roasted malts. Bready. Nutty. Slightly fruity. Not much kapow on the palate. Plain, caramel-malty, light to medium bitter finish. A little slim on the body. A very lightweight stout. Or a decent brown ale? The name is just plain stupid, just like the whole idea of Pladderballe Bryghus. Monrad & Rislund - so much to answer for

Black body with a creamy, medium brown head that stays thick until my glass is empty. Good lacing. The aroma is quite strong, very fruity, sweet and roasted, with additional notes of coffee and dust. Moderate sweet taste with a moderate bitter finish. Strong flavours with delicious roasted notes of coffee and dark caramel, dark berries and fruits further back. Lovely, medium-bodied mouthfeel, oily texture and moderate to soft carbonation. A very nice stout!

0,5 L, flaske, 5,5 %, købt i Fakta, 18. august 2013. Let drikkelig stout, men noget bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5 l bottle bought @Superbrugsen Vig Sjælland. Pours the darkest brown, with finger of tanned bubbles on top. Modest aroma of light sour-scented dark malts. A faint whiff of licorice. Less than medium full. Slick in the mouh. Taste has much of the characteristics as the aroma; Light sourish dark malte, faint licorice, and maybe a tone of bitter coffee. Short sourish malt finish.
